We called C & M after we were having issues with our garage door not opening with the remotes. Manuel came out within a day or 2 of our call & was very professional. I explained the issue & he gave us 2 options of how to resolve it – install an external receiver or replace the motor entirely. Both were relatively affordable but he didn’t try & up sell the more expensive solution, which was the new motor. He thought installing the external receiver (cheaper solution) would be perfectly fine for resolving the issue we were having. Unfortunately, this resulted in some sort of cross wiring because over the next few days our garage door would open & close by itself! It was very upsetting & unsettling. Manuel came back out, no charge, to try & figure out what was causing this problem. Unfortunately, the repairs he did second time didn’t resolve the garage door issue of opening & closing by itself & I had to have a tech come out for a third time. This time the tech suggested we need the motor fully replaced (it was time for that anyhow as this was the original motor for the garage door which was about 10 years old). Kathy in the front office was able to give us credit back for the receiver & have the new motor we wanted (with a motion sensing light) installed within a week & a half of the original service call for a very reasonable price. They did right by us. Not a single issue with the new motor. Garage door now only open & closes with the remotes & the keypad! We are VERY happy customers & we will be recommending this company to friends & family.

Best price and quick service. Manuel showed up at my house at the promised time. He worked quickly and efficiently. Forty five minutes later the main springs on my garage door were replaced and the door was working perfectly at the agreed price. These are the guys I will recommend to neighbors or call for future needs.

Wayne just came out and fixed my garage spring that was broken. He tightened up some bolts that were loose as well to make sure my garage door will continue working. James and Corey showed up on time and got right to work. It obviously was not their first time installing a new garage door. The install was great and did not take as long as I thought it would. They were polite and considerate. When they finished they cleaned up the garage and hauled away my old door. The price was great as well. I would recommend C&M for anybody needing garage door repairs or full replacement. Ask if these guys can do the work for you.

Before THEY CONTINUE TO BE AWESOME ALL THESE YEARS LATER! They could have tried to sell me a new door or an opener.. but they didn’t ! (they suggested a new receiver to sync my new car instead of a whole new door opener! ) I can’t thank them enough it was so inexpensive to get this repaired and trust me my garage door was hanging by a metal thread when they arrived! Dillon and Manuel WELL DONE I never even mentioned I knew the people that the C&M Initials stand for! They would be so proud to know this business still rocks!
